INconference is an initiative inserted in the (IN)school, a project centered on the principle of diversity in education, considering the individuality of each student, the defense of their rights of access to success and the relevance in this path of involvement of different educational agents ( teachers and non-teaching staff, families, companies, local authorities and associations).

Recognizing that inclusion and heterogeneity enrich society, not only because they are the foundation of social justice that characterizes the States of Law that constitute Europe, but also because it is a factor of competitiveness and, above all, a lever for development It is important to debate whether the school is training future citizens with the necessary skills to fully integrate into society and, in this way, contribute to the strengthening of social cohesion at European level.

INconference, by highlighting in its program the added value that diversity constitutes, highlights the importance of investing in people's skills and competences through education and how the school can contribute, on a daily basis, to this objective, resorting to a plurality resources, namely those resulting from the most recent discoveries in areas such as neurosciences and behavioral sciences.

The 1st day of the conference, July 15, has as its theme 'Diversity as the greatest affirmation of European political expression', with conversations between experts centered on the following guiding questions:

How to use the new knowledge of Neuroscience to Build New Educational Interventions?
