Degree in Basic Education of the 1st cycle – variant in Physical Education, by the Superior School of Education of Coimbra.
Postgraduate in Child Studies – Physical Education and Leisure, at the University of Minho.
In her professional career, she was an advisor to the 1st CEB, at the Eugénio de Castro Schools Group, in Coimbra.
She was a cooperating teacher at the Center for Learning and School Training (CAFE) in East Timor.
He gave intensive training to 1st and 2nd CEB teachers in East Timor.
She was a cooperating advisor in the Master's internship in Preschool Education Teaching and Teaching at the 1st CEB, at the University of Minho.
Currently, she works as a teacher for the 1st cycle of basic education at the Maximinos School Group.
